King Technologies is seeking a Software and Applications Developer in support of the the RDT&E labs at NSWC Panama City Division. 

Position Summary/Descriptions:

Design, code, and document portions of applications programs. Provide web support including the architecture, design, and development of the NSWC PCD internal and external web pages. Perform website editorial activities including gathering and researching information that enhances the value of the website. Using feedback from base customers and other stakeholders to provide website improvements and enhancements.

Essential Duties:

  • Updating of websites utilizing HTML, CSS, C#, JavaScript, RAZOR, JQuery, SharePoint online, and Power Platform.
  • Provide website maintenance including removing stale pages and detection and elimination of faulty URL links.
  • Generate and provide content that encourages users to regularly access the websites and utilize them as a major source for information and decision-making.
  • Manage existing content by determining the suitability and editing as necessary.

Qualifications Required:

  • DoD SECRET Security Clearance
  • DoD 8570.01-M Baseline IT Level I and IAT Level II certifications
  • Security+ certification
  • 1 years of experience
  • SharePoint Designer and Site Collection Administrator Certification
  • SharePoint Object Model (2019 and Online) and NSERC 2013
  • Experience with at least two of the below skills
  • .NET development for SharePoint Web Parts, .NET SQL Server Development
  • C# and VB Programming Languages
  • JavaScript and HTML
  • Web Services, Web Publishing, and Web Design Principles
  • Active X Data Objects                                            
  • Microsoft Office Suite
