King Technologies is seeking a Support the Event Manager (EM)/ Test Director (TD) is the principal point of contact between DICE Teams (T&E, Operations, Cybersecurity, Engineering) and DICE stakeholders CANES V&V, PMW  160 AI, Management teams, PMW APM-Es, ADNS T&E. Add PEO C4I APEO-E, PEO C4I E2C LE, PEO C4I Director of T&E technical personnel. They are responsible for the successful planning, execution, and close out of PEO C4I sponsored test events including, but not limited to Enterprise Engineering and Certification (E2C), Project Overmatch, and Application Integration (AI)

Essential Duties:

  • Develops and/or assists in the development of formal documentation e.g. Event Management Plan (EMP), Test Plan, Quick Look Report (QLR), Test Report, Configuration Items (CIs) Matrix, Daily Status Reports (DSRs), Meeting Minutes, Test Observation Reports (TORs), Bi-Weekly Reports, Monthly Status Reports, Quad Charts, and briefs.
  • Provides test coordination for test event requirements, configuration, and execution for System Integration tests involving Navy C2 and C4ISR systems.
  • Supports the implementation of the event infrastructure to include coordinating installation of the participating programs.
  • Develops and reviews test architectures to support test objectives and requirements.
  • Tracks and reports the execution of test activities conducted.
  • Develops worksheets and tracking lists to manage and monitor the test event progress.
  • Observe and monitor the execution of test procedures during test events.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance utilizing familiarity with CANES/ISNS system architecture.
  • Actively coordinates meetings and leads meetings, providing Meeting Minutes and Action Items (AIs).
  • Coordinates with Cybersecurity, Operations, and Engineering to develop event artifacts as required.
  • Conduct thorough assessment of all test event driven core documents for operational issues and system readiness allowing mitigation of Information Security (IS) risks prior to test execution on a land-based distributed multi-system shipboard (replicate) architecture.
  • Identify and evaluate risks related to Program of Record (POR) connectivity requests and technical dependencies needed for PEO C4I end-to-end (E2E), Applications Integration (AI), and various other program office sponsored Development Test/Operational Test (DT/OT) test events.
  • Actively identifies, tracks, and reports on risk and risk escalation.

Qualifications Required:

  • Familiarity with Wireshark network capture tool
  • Familiarity with CANES/ISNS system architecture
  • DoD 8570.01-M Baseline IT Level I and IAT Level II certifications
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required
  • Security+ required
